I've deliberated over the best way to post all the fun photos of all the fun people and good times we had celebrating the marriage of Anna Montbach and Mike Pine... and I'm hoping this blog will provide the venue to share pics with the many folks featured in them.
It was my privilege to attend the wedding events with Anna's brother Michael; a lovely weekend spent with beautiful family and friends of the Montbach's and Pine's that will always remain a special memory. Michael and I left NYC on Thursday afternoon for Stoneybrook, Long Island, where Joan and Frank Montbach reside in a spectacular home, situated on idyllic Avalon Pond. I've included many of the photos I took around the historic home that was once a Schoolhouse in the village of Stoneybrook.
I carry my camera with me just in the event that I will come upon something interesting to shoot; and in these photos of Anna and Mike's wedding you will see that there were lots of interesting sights and people to capture in micro- pixelation! The wedding events included signing the Ketubah, a traditional Jewish marriage contract, held on Friday, June 25 at the Mt. Sinai Reform Temple. Friday night's Rehearsal Dinner was held at Georgio's where we enjoyed a superbly elegant meal. The wedding ceremony also included a lovely Chuppah at Baiting Hollow on Saturday, June 26. The spectacular reception, which included dinner and dancing was held under a custom canopy.
I'm hoping that Anna and Mike's family and friends will join in continued celebration with stories, comments, and pictures to this "Blog" and I think Nicole should start by sharing the "Robocop" story!
